Description

Chicken Polyclonal Antibody

PA1-9543 detects ETS2 in human samples. PA1-9543 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, PA1-9543 detects a 55 kDa protein representing ETS2. PA1-9543 immunogen is a purified recombinant ETS2.3 corresponding to the chromosome 21 gene (Human).

ETS transcriptions factors, such as ETS2, regulate numerous genes and are involved in stem cell development, cell senescence and death, and tumorigenesis. The conserved ETS domain within these proteins is a winged helix-turn-helix DNA-binding domain that recognizes the core consensus DNA sequence GGAA/T of target genes.
