Invitrogen™ FCGR2A Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (043), APC
Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA546884
Description
Preparation: This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Rhesus CD32a (FCGR2A) (Met1-Ile217) and conjugated with APC under optimum conditions, the unreacted APC was removed. Storage: This antibody can be stored at 2C-8C for twelve months without detectable loss of activity. Protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze! Sodium azide is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Flush with large volumes of water during disposal.
This gene encodes one member of a family of immunoglobulin Fc receptor genes found on the surface of many immune response cells. The protein encoded by this gene is a cell surface receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, and is involved in the process of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
