Description

Goat Polyclonal Antibody

In direct ELISAs, approximately 6% cross-reactivity with recombinant human FCRN is observed. Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.

FCGRT binds to the Fc region of monomeric immunoglobulins gamma. It mediates the uptake of IgG from milk. It plays a possible role in transfer of immunoglobulin G from mother to fetus.
