In Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IRTA5 is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with rhITRA1, rhIRTA2, and rhIRTA3 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

The FCRL2 gene encodes the protein Fc receptor-like 2, which is part of the Fc receptor-like family involved in immune system regulation.
