Test Specificity Detects feline CD8 alpha in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CD8 alpha is observed, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant canine CD8 alpha is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD8 alpha is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
