Description

The FilterMate uses HEPA filter, carbon filter or combination of both filters to remove hazardous powders, particulates or vapors from exhaust air stream and return filtered air to environment.

• Compact, corrosion-resistant housing of glacier white and light gray powder-coated steel with rubber feet
• Variable-speed, non-sparking motorized impeller
• Oversized HEPA filter, efficient impeller and perforated exhaust cover work together to provide lower system exhaust velocity and noise pressure levels
• Inherently safe design via negative pressure plenum that surrounds positive pressure impeller so that if leak occurs, unfiltered air is captured and refiltered
• Front-mounted rocker switch to control power to blower
• Rear-mounted, auxiliary electrical outlet that may be connected to airflow monitor or other user-supplied accessories
• Only one FilterMate is required for all 2 ft., 3 ft. and 4 ft. wide enclosures, Multiple FilterMates may be used for 5 ft., 6 ft. and 8 ft. wide enclosures
• IEC three-wire electrical cord 1.9m (6.5 ft.) with plug included (115V models)
• Models with HEPA filters have a true bag-in/bag-out filter disposal system for safely removing and replacing filter without detaching hose
• HEPA filter may be easily accessed by removing exhaust cover for field leak testing by certified technician
• Thimble connection (included with some models) provides added safety by connecting FilterMate to existing house exhaust system
