Fluorescein-NAD+ is a fluoroscein NAD+ is a substrate for ADP-ribosylation, providing a convenient non-isotopic alternative to radiolabelled NAD for use in PARP assays. Allows direct measurement of NAD-dependent enzymes, such as PARP, by fluorescence microscopy.
