Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

A 1:1,000 dilution of PA5-77785 was sufficient for detection of FUNDC1 in 15 μg of rat liver cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 17 kDa.

Acts as an activator of hypoxia-induced mitophagy, an important mechanism for mitochondrial quality control.
