The Fura-2 Calcium Imaging Calibration Kit is designed to facilitate rapid calibration and standardization of digital imaging microscopes. The kit contains 11 pre-diluted buffers supplemented with 50μM fura-2 (F-1200) as well as 15μm—diameter microspheres.
