Invitrogen™ GAP43 Monoclonal Antibody (7B10)
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ 335000

Description
This antibody can recognize both the phosphorylated and unphosphorylated target.
GAP43 (Neuromodulin) is associated with nerve growth. GAP43 is expressed by developing and regenerating neurons, and to a lesser extent reactive glial cells. It is a major component of the motile growth cones that form the tips of elongating axons. GAP43 also plays a role in axonal and dendritic filopodia induction.
