Supplier: Proteintech Group Inc 554331AP150UL

Description
GATA binding factor 5 is a transcription regulator involved in embryonic development. In addition, the protein encoded by this gene contains two GATA-type zinc fingers and is known to bind to hepatocyte nuclear factor-1alpha (HNF-1alpha). This interaction is essential for cooperative activation of the intestinal lactase-phlorizin hydrolase promoter. GATA-5 may be involved in the establishment of cardiac smooth muscle cell diversity.Specifications
