Test Specificity This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against bovine, horse or human serum proteins. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all Mouse immunoglobulin isotypes and chain combinations.
Reconstitution Reconstitute with 0.1 ml deionized water.
