Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%); Gorilla (95%); Gibbon, Monkey (90%); Marmoset (85%). For IHC(P), use heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

GPR146 is an Orphan-U GPCR with an unknown ligand, but is likely to be a chemokine receptor. ESTs have been isolated from B-cell/lung/testis, kidney, liver/spleen, lung, prostate, and spleen libraries.
