- Resist heat, sterilization, and most organic solvents
- Hydrophilic, no wetting agents; extractable level <0.0015mg/cm
- Heatable, autoclavable up to 180°C (356°F)
- Broad chemical compatibility
Not compatible with strong acids or bases
- Permit use for aqueous filtration without wetting and organic solvent filtrations such as HPLC
- For microbiological work, use 47mm/0.45μm size with grid
