Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

The 15-5-5 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the H-2D[k] MHC class I alloantigen. It weakly cross-reacts with H-2K[d] and with cells from mice of the H-2[f] haplotype. Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., a, b, p, q, r, s) has not been observed.
