The 36-7-5 antibody reacts with the H-2K[k] MHC class I alloantigen. Cross-reactivity with splenocytes of SJL/Hsd mice has not been observed by flow cytometric analysis. Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., b, d, q) has not been observed.
