Invitrogen™ HA Tag Monoclonal Antibody (2-2.2.14), DyLight™ 800 4X PEG

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ 26183D800
Description
26183-D800 has been successfully used for Western blotting. DyLight 800 4X PEG has an excitation/emission of 783/797 nm. HA Synthetic Peptide (Product # 26184) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments and to competitively elute HA-tagged fusion proteins from immobilized anti-HA affinity resin.
HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag that provides a method to localize gene products in a variety of cell types, study the topology of proteins and protein complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize newly identified, low abundance or poorly immunogenic proteins when protein specific antibodies are not available. HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza hemagglutinin, and is commonly expressed as a tag in conjunction with proteins to aid in identification and purification of the tagged protein for functional analysis. HA tag antibodies can be used to facilitate protein detection or co-immunopreciptation of tagged proteins.
