Goat Polyclonal Antibody

Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. This affinity purified antibody is directed against hCG alpha. This product reacts with Full Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Alpha chain ( alpha-hCG).

Follicle-stimulatine hormone (FSH) is a member of the glycoprotein hormone family. Members of this family consist of an identical alpha subunit and a hormone-specific beta subunit. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein. FSH is secreted by gonadotropic cells in the pituitary gland and in conjunction with luteinizing hormone, induces egg and sperm production.
