Description

The HemeScreen AML Panel-1 is an RUO pre-plated kit used to detect AML-related gene mutations for IDH1, IDH2, KIT, FTL3, NPM1, and CEBPA genes through HRM methods.

HemeScreen is a proprietary set of RUO (Research Use Only) reagents used to screen the wild type (Negative) from Mutated (Positive) genes in a simplified workflow relative to alternative molecular testing technologies (RT-PCR or NGS).

  • Pre-plated configuration with embedded mutant, wild type, and NTC controls to run 1 sample in duplicate
