Description

The HemeScreen BCR/ABL1 Panel-20 is an RUO reagent set kit used to screen for 3 major BCR/ABL1 isoforms (p190, p210, and p230) and 1 minor isoform (p203) associated with BCR/ABL1-induced leukemogenesis, including CML and ALL using HRM methods.

HemeScreen is a proprietary set of RUO (Research Use Only) reagents used to screen the wild type (Negative) from Mutated (Positive) genes in a simplified workflow relative to alternative molecular testing technologies (RT-PCR or NGS).
