The HemeScreen CLL Panel DNA Validation Kit contains 20 blinded control samples and pre-plated CLL panels.

Results are verified with a key for panel accuracy, sample positive percent agreement (PPA), and negative percent agreement (NPA).

  • 20 blinded control samples with at least 3 mutant and 3 normal alleles for each gene
