Description
HemeScreen is a proprietary set of RUO (Research Use Only) reagents used to screen the wild type (Negative) from Mutated (Positive) genes in a simplified workflow relative to alternative molecular testing technologies (RT-PCR or NGS).
- Pre-plated configuration with embedded mutant, wild type, and NTC controls to run 4 or 8 samples in duplicate
- Simplified workflow and reduced chance of error
- Data capture during thermocycling

- Broad mutation detection (SNPs, Modifications, Indels)

- Results are qualitative and DNA sequencing is required to identify specific isoforms
