Description

The HemeScreen MPN Panel-4 is an RUO pre-plated kit used to detect MPN-related gene mutations for JAK2, MPL, and CALR genes through HRM methods.

HemeScreen is a proprietary set of RUO (Research Use Only) reagents used to screen the wild type (Negative) from Mutated (Positive) genes in a simplified workflow relative to alternative molecular testing technologies (RT-PCR or NGS).

  • Pre-plated configuration with embedded mutant, wild type, and NTC controls to run 4 or 8 samples in duplicate
  • Simplified workflow and reduced chance of error
