Description

The HemeScreen NOTCH1 Kit-100 is an RUO reagent set kit used to detect NOTCH1 gene mutations through HRM methods.

HemeScreen is a proprietary set of RUO (Research Use Only) reagents used to screen the wild type (Negative) from Mutated (Positive) genes in a simplified workflow relative to alternative molecular testing technologies (RT-PCR or NGS).

  • Simplified workflow and reduced chance of error
  • Contains primers mixed with master mix to run 100 samples in duplicate, and mutant controls to run 5 batches
  • Data capture during thermocycling
  • Fast turnaround time
  • Broad mutation detection (SNPs, Modifications, Indels)

  • Results are qualitative and DNA sequencing is required to identify specific isoforms
