Invitrogen™ HLA-G Monoclonal Antibody (87G)
Description
This antibody recognizes both membrane-bound and soluble forms of HLA-G (HLA-G1 and HLA-G5). HLA-G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells. It will not cross-react with mouse or rat. Endotoxin level is less than 0.01 EU/ug of the protein, as determined by the LAL test. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Incubation: 20 min at 25°C; Functional Application: Blocking.
