Test Specificity Detects human ADAM15 Ectodomain in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) ADAM15 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmADAM9, rmADAM10, recombinant human (rh) ADAM8, rhADAM9, rhADAM10, rhADAM12, rhADAM17 (TACE), rhADAM19, rhADAM22, rhADAM23, rhADAM32, and rhADAM33 is observed.
