Test Specificity Detects human ADAM19 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse ADAM19 is observed, and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ADAM8, rhADAM12, and rhADAM33 is observed.
