Test Specificity Detects human Carbonic Anhydrase XII/CA12 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CA12 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CA1, 3, 5A, 5B, 6, 7, 8 and 10 is observed.
