Test Specificity Detects human CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CD40 Ligand is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CD27 Ligand and rhCD30 Ligand is observed.
