Test Specificity Detects human CEACAM-3/CD66d in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CEACAM-1 is observed, 10% cross-reactivity with rhCEACAM-6 is observed, and 5% cross-reactivity with rhCEACAM-4 and rhCEACAM-5 is observed.
