Test Specificity Detects human CXCL12/SDF-1 beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. Neutralizes 60-80% of the biological activity of CXCL12/SDF-1 beta and does not neutralize the biological activity of SDF-1 alpha . In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human SDF-1 alpha is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
