Test Specificity Detects human CXCL7/NAP-2 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.05% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, or 12 is observed. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with rhCXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, recombinant mouse CXCL1, 2, 6, 9, 10, 12 or recombinant rat CXCL1, 2 or 3 is observed.
