Test Specificity Detects human Cystatin C in Western blots. In this format, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Cystatin C is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Cystatin D and rhCystatin SN is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCystatin A, rhCystatin B, rhCystatin S, rhCystatin E/M, and rhFetuin A is observed.
