Detects human Cystatin SN in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Cystatin SA is observed, 15% cross-reactivity with rhCystatin S is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with rhCystatin C is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhCystatin A, rhCystatin B, rhCystatin E/M, and rhCystatin F is observed.
