Recombinant Protein

The human DLL-1 gene consists of a 528 amino acid extracellular domain with one DSL domain, eight EGF-like repeats, a 23 amino acid transmembrane domain, and a 155 amino acid cytoplasmic domain. The calculated molecular weight of Recombinant Human sDLL-1 is 56.3 kDa. This product is shipped at ambient temperature. For storage, handling and reconstitution information, please see the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis

Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
