Test Specificity Detects human EpCAM/TROP-1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human TROP-2 and approximately 26% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse EpCAM/TROP-1 is observed.
