Test Specificity Detects human FABP5/E-FABP in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) FABP5 is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human FABP1, -2, -3, -4, -6, -7, and rmFABP9 is observed.
