Test Specificity Detects human FGF-21 in Western blots. In this format, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) FGF-21 is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with rhFGF-3, -4, -5, -6, -7, -9, -10, -11, -12, -16, -17, -18, -19, -20, -23, rmFGF-8b, rmFGF-15, rhFGF acidic, and rhFGF basic is observed.
