Test Specificity Detects human GFR alpha-1/GDNF R alpha-1 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat GFR alpha-1 is observed and less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) GFR alpha-2, rhGFR alpha-3, and rhGFR alpha-4 is observed.
