Test Specificity Detects both the pro and active forms of human Granzyme H in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Granzyme B is observed and approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Granzyme C, rmGranzyme D, and rmGranzyme G is observed.
