Test Specificity Detects human ICAM-3/CD50 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ICAM-1 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) ICAM-1, recombinant rat ICAM-1, rhICAM-2, rhVCAM-1, and rmVCAM-1 is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
