Test Specificity Detects human ICAM-3/CD50 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ICAM-1 is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhICAM-2, rhVCAM-1, and recombinant mouse VCAM-1 is observed.
