Test Specificity Detects human IL-10 R beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, ∼10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-10 R and rhIFN-alpha/beta R1 is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhIFN-gamma RI and rhIFN-gamma R2 is observed.
