In direct ELISAs and Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-20 R alpha is observed and no cross-reactivity with rmIFN-alpha/beta R2, recombinant human (rh) IFN-gamma R1, rhIFN-gamma R2, rhIL-10 R beta , or rhIL-20 R beta is observed.
