Test Specificity Detects human IL-29/IFN-lambda 1 in ELISAs. In sandwich immunoassays, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-28B/IFN-lambda 3 and 20% with rhIL-28A is observed. No cross-reactivity or interference was observed with rhIFN-alpha A, rhIFN-alpha B2, rhIFN-alpha G, rhIFN-alpha I, or rhIFN-beta 1A.
