Test Specificity Detects human IL-8/CXCL8 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) GRO alpha , rhGRO beta , and rhGRO gamma is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant feline IL-8/CXCL8, recombinant porcine IL-8/CXCL8, and recombinant canine IL-8/CXCL8 is observed.
