Test Specificity Detects mouse BMP-8b in direct ELISAs and human and mouse in Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) BMP-8a and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) BMP-3b, rhBMP-10, and rm BMP-10 is observed.
