Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

This antibody was produced using a hybridoma elicited from a mouse immunized with purified, E. coli-derived full length recombinant human Heat Shock Protein 20 kDa (rhHSP20; amino acid 1 - 160; Accession # O14558). The IgG fraction of the tissue culture supernatant was purified by protein G chromatography.

HSP20/HSPB6 Monoclonal specifically detects HSP20/HSPB6 in Human, Mouse, Rat samples. It is validated for Western Blot.
