Test Specificity Detects human NRG1 Isoform GGF2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) NRG-1 alpha EGF domain, rhNRG1-beta 1 extracellular domain, rhNRG1-beta 1 EGF domain, rhSMDF, and recombinant mouse NRG3 is observed.
