Test Specificity Detects human NT-3 Propeptide in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse NT-3 Propeptide is observed, 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NT-4 propeptide is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NT-3 is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
