Test Specificity Detects human PDGF-BB in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) PDGF-AB is observed, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat PDGF-B and natural porcine PDGF is observed, and less than 10% cross-reactivity with rhPDGF-A is observed.
